Mobile Security Patrol Driver
United Security is seeking qualified Security Patrol Drivers to perform mobile courtesy patrol services at various properties throughout the Phoenix metropolitan area. This is a new patrol route beginning at 20 hours per week, with strong potential for additional hours as the route expands over the coming months.
The company patrol vehicle is picked up and returned daily at 31st Avenue & Thomas Road. Applicants must be available to work any scheduled shift between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Job Details
- Hours: 20 hours per week to start
- Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday
- Shift Length: 4-hour shifts
- Vehicle Pickup/Drop-off Location: 31st Avenue & Thomas Road
- Growth Opportunity: This is a new patrol route with anticipated expansion and increased hours in the coming months.
Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Security Guard License (required)
- Valid Arizona Driver License
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Reliable smartphone (Android or iPhone)
- Active Zelle account required for gas reimbursements
- Excellent report writing skills
- Silvertrac experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
All Applicants Must Meet the Following Requirements
- Maintain a professional appearance and properly wear the company uniform
- Pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Have reliable transportation to and from the vehicle pickup location
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Be able to operate a tablet, computer, and smartphone
Physical Requirements
With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires the ability to see, hear, speak, and write clearly. Duties include occasional reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Frequent sitting, standing, and walking are required, including climbing stairs, walking on uneven terrain, and navigating inclines. The position also requires frequent lifting and/or moving of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving of up to 25 pounds.
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
